Therefore, with this perspective, it started its activities in 1998 And its main mission is to implement training courses in accordance with the requirements of the STCW Convention as amended and the instructions of the Ports and Maritime Organization, as well as Regulation 1.8 of the said Convention and national and government laws to train specialized and efficient manpower in the maritime industry and to improve the level of customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement, has established a quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
This institute was established to meet the educational needs of seafarers and maritime transport industry activists and applicants in this field with the approach of ‘promoting safe and clean sea culture and an area for sustainable development’ and its main goals are to provide standard and up-to-date training and job services for the maritime industry.
